Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU and UK rules, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your items for any reason, without justification.

Returning the Goods: Once you notify us, you have an additional 14 days to send back the items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a standard return and full refund:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

Items must be in their original packaging with all original tags attached.
Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for paying the direct cost of returning the items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Bayleep will cover the full cost of return shipping or provide a free replacement.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation.

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving your returned goods (or proof of return shipment).
